Terms of Service

Divendo provides financial-literacy lessons, a paper-trading simulator using practice money, classroom tools for teachers, and optional paid features (Divendo Pro and live coaching sessions). It is an educational product — see our Disclosures for what Divendo is not.

Students may use the free service at any age when enrolled through a school or with parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Accounts that harass others, cheat leaderboards, or probe the platform's security may be suspended.

• Adults only: purchases must be completed by someone 18 or older — for students, a parent or guardian. Checkout requires this confirmation.
• Pricing: Divendo Pro is a monthly subscription; live coaching sessions are one-time purchases. Prices are shown before checkout; payment is processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation: cancel Pro any time via Manage subscription — access continues through the paid period.
• Refunds: full refund within 7 days of any purchase, no questions asked — email hello@divendo.app. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the slot.

Coaching sessions are educational tutoring about financial concepts and your simulated portfolio. Coaches are not investment advisers and will not provide personalized real-world investment recommendations. Sessions involving students under 18 require a parent, guardian, or teacher present.

No scraping, no attempting to access other users' data, no uploading unlawful content in assignment submissions, and no using the platform to give or solicit real investment advice.

Lessons, curriculum, and platform design are © Divendo. Your submissions remain yours; you grant us the license needed to display them to your teacher and grade them.

The service is provided “as is.” Simulated results carry no warranty of accuracy or fitness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.
